Requirements

coreutils - install via ssh
textutils - install via ssh
gettext - install via ssh
ipkg - install via ssh
java 21 or higher - install via gui
enabled mysql - enable via gui

Installation

Add repo: https://www.cphub.net/ Community Package Hub

Click on the traccar package, click "install" and follow the instructions:

set Root Password for mysql Database
set Log and Ports by selecting Checkboxes
finish and start Traccar

Differences with Default Traccar

web interface port is 55000
ports are in range 55000 - 55999 because the port range 5000 - 5999 is reserved for Synology services. For example, 55055 for Traccar Client app.
at the moment there are 3 packages: arm, ppc and x86 because the wrapper needs different versions
