You can change device users from Settings > Users > Devices menu.
@anton, i am using latest 4.2v but unable to find Devices menu in users
As a user with admin rights... Settings > Users > Devices Tab (Below).
Select the user you want to move the device to and put a tick in the box next to the device, that should do it.
