Traccar 5.4

Traccar server version 5.4 is available for download.

We mostly focused on the stability again, but there is one big announcement. We have finished all the remaining pieces to allow horizontal scaling, which means now there's virtually no limit on how many devices you can use with Traccar. Some of the other notable changes:

• Configurable information in the device list
• More sorting and filtering options for devices
• Show geofences on most of the screens with map
• Show device count by status
• Support for biometric authentication (iOS only currently)
• Search field in settings on mobile
• Map view for event reports
• Option to select token expiration date
• Better error handing in case of crashes

New protocols in this version:

• BSTPL - protocol from BS Technotronics
• Thuraya - Thuraya Tracking devices
• NDTP v6 - Granit-Navigator GPS trackers
• G1RUS - GoSafe G1RUS protocol
• RFTRACK - electronic monitoring units

There were many other smaller changes, bug fixes and improvements.
