Service Level Agreement

This Agreement represents a Service Level Agreement ("SLA" or "Agreement") between Traccar Ltd and the Customer for the provisioning of services required to support and sustain the product or service.

This Agreement remains valid until superseded by a revised agreement.

The following Services are covered by this Agreement:

Service Availability

Services are usually provisioned within 24 hours of payment.

Email, forum and GitHub support tickets are accepted 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Tickets are usually processed within 10 hours of submission. In some cases the delay can be up to 24 hours after submission.

Traccar Ltd does not provide hosting services. Server hosting services are provided by the DigitalOcean platform. DigitalOcean guarantee a 99.99% Uptime SLA.
