Traccar 6.11

Traccar GPS server version 6.11.x is now available for download.

Notable changes in this release:

• MCP service that you can use in ChatGPT and other AI assistants. For now the only available function is querying the current device position. This is a very experimental feature. Please provide feedback on how useful this is and what tools you would like to be available via MCP.
• Traccar can now serve as an OAuth provider. The implementation is very minimal but should be compatible with most services.
• There is now an API token revocation flow to invalidate issued tokens.
• All reports are now migrated to client-side generated Excel. The benefits are performance and localization.
• Device selection is preserved when switching between reports, similar to how it worked in earlier versions.
• Invalid position checks have been removed in many processing steps, so to avoid invalid positions you should now use filtering.
• A fix for stop detection based on gaps between positions.
• Teltonika model matching now uses regular expressions instead of hardcoding individual device models.
• Many smaller UI improvements in the app, including some new clearer icons.
• Yandex map layer option was added back.

There is one new communication protocol — The Things Network (TTN).
