Traccar 6.17

Traccar GPS server version 6.17.x is now available for download.

Highlights of this release:

• Added a map to the chart report.
• Added support for the business trips option.
• Improved messaging and error handling in the app.
• Protocol ports can now be managed dynamically in settings.
• Added electric vehicle (EV) attributes.
• Added ignition support to the new trip calculation logic.
• Added support for the Teltonika Iridium protocol.
• Added support for placemark icons in the points of interest (POI) layer.
• Migrated to Firebase registration IDs.
• Added support for hosting the web app under a sub-path.
• Added a configuration options to hide everything except the map.
• Various security fixes and improvements.
• Numerous improvements to existing protocols.
• Added a simple simulated demo.
