With newer 4G watches (which use the Watch protocol) in general the ip is set only through flashing the firmware.
Besides that many watches use protocol encryption which is not implemented in traccar server.
So, your best bet would be to check if 2G is still supported in your country. In that case you can ask the seller for a 2G watch without encryption (from ali or alibaba for example).
There are 4G pendants where the ip can still be set through sms.
I've used Wonlex brand (several models) with enough success. They have sos button, remove alarm and hearthrate monitoring.
Make sure they are the versions with proper GPS embeded, because there's a lot of brands that offer only LBS (antenna location service) and is quite not accurate. Wonlex have some too.
Where there's too much buildings it tends to drift from a bit to almost a lot in comparison with the vehicle ones.

The time has come for my son to start traveling to school on his own, and I’m looking for a smartwatch that works with the Traccar server. It’s important that it has GPS, two-way communication, and possibly an SOS button. Does anyone have any recommendations for something worth considering that will be compatible with your services?
