Tracker where GSM modem can be switched on/off by time or geozone?

Can anyone else recommend a device that do the above (log gps positions and then on a set time or geofence upload data to a server)?
The vjoycar DOES NOT support this, with vjoycar only one mode can be set (logging or uploading).

Hi all,
I'm looking for a tracker where the GSM modem can be configured to be switched on or off by a set time period or when entering/exiting a certain geozone. I need the tracker to still log gps positions when the modem is off and upload them once the modem is switched on. This to save power since there is no coverage for the modem anyway. Deep sleep, when the modem is switched off when there is no motion does not work in my case..
