Coban 303G GPRS Issue

Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with a Coban 303G device. The GPRS connection occasionally disconnects on its own, causing the vehicle to appear offline or show an incorrect location.

I've already activated GPRS by sending the command gprs123456, but the problem still occurs.

Has anyone encountered this before or know how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sure, if the telecom signal is weak you could lose it. But should reconnect in area's where the signal is better.

Also make sure you place the tracker in a rather open place near to the front wheel for instance so that almost nothing in your car can can Block the signal

Hi Track-trace,
Thank you very much for your feedback, I truly appreciate your support. However, I believe the issue may not be related to either of the two points you mentioned.
Occasionally, when i send the "begin123456" command to perform a factory reset, the GPRS connection resumes functioning. Unfortunately, after a few days or when the car remains parked for an extended period, the connection drops again, even though all functions via SMS continue to work perfectly.

Yeah, if you only start mentioning those things after suggestions are made then you better describe what you have done so far before asking the question. Might even be your telecom company Who drops the connection. Or some sleep mode (i do not know the device).
