DEVICE MALFUNCTION: TK419 4G not sending its GPS location to traccar. Please help.

Hello!

I bought a few TK419 4G GPS units from EELINK. They actually give me the lat and lon (the actual GPS lat and lon), when I ask for it on phone through SMS command.

HOWEVER, when I set one of these units up on traccar, the logs would read 0, 0. I know this isn't an issue with traccar, but I'm actually not sure why my GPS is not reporting its actual GPS coordinates....
