Device with alarm

Hi! I run a boat rental business and i want to install gps device with sirens if a boat approach a geofence area that is not allowed to be the siren starts to alarm until leave the area.

Is any device that can accomplish this mission?

So the trigger of the SIREN would be the GPS Tracker itself, actually knowing the GEOFENCE??
A tracker with an I/O would be recommended. Don't have any of those.

Another way would be to communicate with TRACCAR backend and do something from there.
