GPS device choice :: 4G, ultrasonic fuel sensor and driver ID

May you please help me with finding a device for my needs.
I need a GPS device which support the following:

• Can sync with Traccar plateform (traccar.org)
• 4G sim card (3G and 2G accepted on bad network coverage)
• Works in Africa
• With ULTRASONIC fuel sensor
• Driver Identification (ibutton) : only authorize drivers can turn on the car, sync driver ID (ibutton) to Traccar plateform
• Door lock sensor
• AC sensor
• Remote engine off
• Two ways communication
• SOS button

Don't know tech frequency you use the for 4G
but in dominicana we use 900, 850,1200, 900 and works very well.

My aim is to have all the listed accessories connected in a GPS tracker. Especially Driver Identification et Fuel management.
Looks like the link you sent to me is only for the fuel sensor.
I don't want to buy a device and notice later that it doesn't reach my goals.
