Check if the default server are working, address are http://www.gps228.com/Monitor.aspx
If yes, change IP:port for you traccar server and check if the server points a coord on map.
Some commands does not get SMS response, but are successful.
I recently purchased an Accurate GT06 tracker, sms work, and respond, but with the wrong location. What I get is a location from china, but I'm in Brazil. When I try to connect the Traccar platform, it is not recognized either. The blue light that signals GPS is always flashing.
Recentemente adquiri um rastreador GT06, da marca Accurate, os sms funcionam, e respondem, porém com a localização incorreta. O que recebo é uma localização da china, mas estou no Brasil. Quando tento conectar a plataforma do Traccar, ele também não é reconhecido. A luz azul, que sinaliza GPS está sempre piscando.
