How to connect a Starcom Helios Gps device to PC
Which device you have? Which country? You can ask starcom support to send data to different server. they can help if you have done payment..
It's actually one I was given so no account with them.... I guess it's a non starter unless a way to decrypt data exists
I assume they charge to point devices elsewhere

the Helios devices are supported in traccar now?
As you understand, starcom is a closed protocol, so they have to forward the data to traccar, so doubtful you can point directly, however if you can get them to point the devices it should work
I doubt their future is bright with a closed protocol unless you are using their platform or need the security behind a closed platform
someone clever with a femtocell might be able to decrypt it if they knew what they were doing, but rather just buy other hardware and replace it
