Hello Víctor Solis, could you please guide me how to make a configuration of an MVT380 even if it is generic, I have my server installed and working with mobiles. I know it's a different model than the one installed but at least one orientation please. Regards!

Well i would try to Open the port 5020.
Check it with the online tool: https://www.traccar.org/port-check/
Check the upload IP on the device. Don forget the port. Maybe is 8080.
Wait 15 - 30 min
And that is all what i done.
Sorry the port is opened by text message or with some program of the manufacturer? or opens the port on the server where I have installed traccar? Excuse my ignorance. and how do I charge the IP in the device ?. Thanks for answering
Open the port on your server.
And you need to check the manufacturers manual in order to change de upload IP via SMS.

Hi people.
I have an Meitrack MVT600V4 but i cant connect the device to my server. I already have somes TK103 connected.
The log doesnt show any information.
Did someone already setup this device?
Things i already checked: port 5020 and 10003(this is the default port on the device setup).
