I have a Chinese device with the exact same SMS command syntax. Mine works on Watch protocol (5093). It's also worth noting that if I configure the device to connect to my server, it uses some sort of "shortened IMEI" - just get the normal IMEI, and remove first 4 numbers and last 1 number - might be the case with your device as well.

I can set the pw,123456,center,phone_number# and replies with a sms message... master number set successfully.
Don't get a reply when sending ip command: ip,ipaddresss,port#. Need to set the device to traccar server ip.
What sms command did you use to set the ip and port on your device?
Well, it might seem that you're forgetting to type in your password. I use this command and it works as intended:
pw,123456,ip,xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,5093#
Remember that if your IP octet consists of two digits, it needs a preceding zero, like this: 123.061.085.001. At least that's what my device requires.

Sms command to setup ip address doesn't seem to work... ip,ipaddresss,port# for this device.
This works: pw,123456,center,phone_number# and replies with master number has been setup successfully.
Device has an ID and IMEI number.
When using http://gps123.org/ device is live and tracking, can't seem to work out if this device is compatible with Traccar?
