Hello. I have a TK913 device. I'm trying to set it up with 5093 port. In one server it recognize it, in the other server it doesn't. What happen?

Have you followed the troubleshooting guide?

Yes. I just tried and set them up in a demo and both of them shown with same parameters. Only in one server of mine it doesn't shown.
