Installing Traccar on Plesk using Docker

So I would like to use Docker to keep it all within Plesk but I install it and I can't seem to get any further, log stays blank and I can't seem to get anything to run. Has anyone done this and can advise me of the setup steps I need to go though?

Sadly not, I have it running on a home PC that happens to be on all the time anyway.
