TK905B-4G - watch protocol - no data

Traccar-Newbie8 days ago

Hi all,
I'm brand new here and have now an own Traccar-Server running on my Synology with Docker....the server runs fine and I already have 2 other devices (ST-907 and a phone-client) added.
My prob is the next device, it's a TK905B-4G. After many tries and many google- and forum-search I could add it to Traccar over port 5093 = "watch"-protocol and it appears as "online" (thx to all users here!!!),
but the (final?) prob is/are some missing data, spec. the position.
With the sms-commands I get all data on my phone, but in the Traccar-map the device is not appearing...

In the Traccar-protocol, the both other device send correct data like this:

9176xxxxxxx	h02	*HQ,9176279704,V1,121318,A,48........(cut)

or

RF8M9xxxxxx	osmand	POST /?id=RF8M90S5CCJ×tamp=1748088799&lat=48.............(cut)

BUT ......the TK905 send temp. only this two data:

9059127281	watch	[SG*9059127281*0009*LK,0,55]

and

9059127281	watch	[SG*9059127281*0025*VERNO,TK905D(70ELASE)_V_6.0 2023/08/30]

Thx for help

Maybe something wrong with responses? Do you have the protocol documentation and full connection session logs from the log file?

Hi Anton, thx for reply.
...my next prob....as I said....newbie ;-) ....where can I find these protocol entries that are always posted here? My log-folder (from the maped "log"-folder in the (synology) docker / traccar) is completely emty... where can I find/reach these log / full connection session entries?

Thx

Log folder shouldn't be empty if your server is running. There must be some folder mapping issue.
