I'm not sure where you found this IP address, but it's definitely not one of our demo servers.
Thanks for the info Anton, I previously took the IP from ... (I don't remember) My device only accepts IP, does no resolve names. I did it again and reconfigured the GF22 device the point to the new IP I obtained also from a ping to demo.traccar.org The device is still showing as 'Offline'.
Could an administrator please check the tracker-server.log file and copy-paste any HEX data received from my IP address? I need to see the raw data packet to identify the protocol as I'm not sure it is Concox GT06 protocol . Thank you! Marcelo

As per the official Protocol Identification guide, I have now configured my device 359339077067409 to point to IP 46.101.24.212 and the diagnostic port 5001.
Could an administrator please check the server log file for this port and copy-paste the raw HEX data that is being received from my device so as I can analyze it?

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to connect my GF22 tracker to demo.traccar.org. I believe it is a clone of the Concox GT06 protocol.
I have successfully configured the device via SMS to point to:
However, the device remains "Offline" on the platform. I have already confirmed that the device has an active GPRS connection.
My device IMEI is: 359339077067409
I have configured it to point to IP 35.85.34.14 and port 5023 (Concox protocol).
Could an administrator or someone with access please check the server logs to see if any data packets are arriving from this IMEI? This would be a huge help to determine if the device is sending data or if it is blocked.
