Unfortunately my time is limited but if anyone needs help just create a issue on GitHub with the problem
I have created a small SMS Gateway with Node and Express, using 1 LTE modem or 2 LTE modems in round robin way to send sms messages, works perfectly with Traccar, if anyone is interested in how to deploy his own i can upload to github with instrutions on how to run on VPS, Synology or Qnap Container Station
