Our brand name is not appearing under the app.

Good Day.
On my domain (tracking.qmyemen.com), the app icon displays ${title} instead of our brand name.

I cleared the cache, reinstalled it several times, and tried it on another phone, but the problem persists (screenshot of the other phone is attached).

I need to help resolving this issue?

If it's a question about your subscription service, it's already solved. We found a bug in the recent version of Traccar. It was not processing manifest file correctly.
