It looks like some binary protocol, so we would need documentation. It's definitely not one of the common Chinese protocols.

Hello Traccar team,
I am using traccar since 2 years, since i had installed 5 models like gt06n, tk103, gt02a etc etc....
Recently i bought a new device name called volty where they do not have any common model number, also in chip model id is erased, i tried setting almost more port numbers, but i am not able to identify which similar model protocol does that traccar is used.
I also convert the Hex and decode which is given below, but i can only identify the number not able to find right port, please help me.
