Question on Tracker Time Zone

Hi all,

I am busy trying to find out with my supplier (in China) of the D1 tracker I am testing why the time on the tracker is always 1 hour ahead of my local time.
It does not sync with my local time. (I am GMT +2 hours.)

The answer I get from them is that I am between time zones.!!!

I think this is nonsense. Is this possible?

What are your comments on this and what is the correct answer.

You need to look at the raw data that device sends to the server.

Can a china tracker raw data be changed and adapted so it does display the current time for the time zone I'm in?
Is it possible to change the server to another server?
what is needed to do this?

I think you didn't understand what I said. You need to check data to see what device sends to find out what the problem is.
