Hello Anton, I use the traccar v4.5 since aprox. one month, and i have configured already the telegram notifications and it works fine only for me. I search in forum and google but i can not find enough info about the possibility to configured the notifications for all users. I set the telephone number of the user with the format +xxxxxxxx in the device telephone field and also in the account telephone field. But none user receive the telegram notification. Therefore my doubt and question , if telegram notification in traccar version 4.5 works only for one user or for all users?
