Fifo track S20 device not compatible or port need to identify

Here i got the hex codes, but it is not decoding.
i'm using latest version. Please help to resolve this.

Anyone can give me a clue why this is not decoding? while it is decoding on hex-decoders

Hi.. are you able to fix the issue? I am also using S20 and ignition is not appearing in state panel.
