My wife forgot her phone, and I fire up traccar manager and follow her car in my car. Both cars have trackers.
I'm within few hundred meters, according to traccar manager on phone, stop at a red light, and she appears to continue a km or so.
Suddenly she is more than a km behind me; she has turned back for the phone.
She then calls me from the landline at home, and we agree a meeting point. I can then follow her all the way, without no glitches. (Except the previously mentioned bug that the coordinates of speeding alerts are divided by 100)
Later I check in the traccar web, that she never were where the android traccar manager showed she were 1 km ahead of me. Where did this ghost location come from?
There is no prediction. My guess is that the location was just inaccurate and it happened to be ahead.
