Teltonika FM4200 SMS Commands
I thought Teltonika devices are configured by cable, but I might be wrong.
Do i need any additional software/Hardware to configure settings?
Unfortunately I don't have any experience with configuring Teltonika device. I can recommend to search for GitHub or forum threads about Teltonika and ask there.
