Identify Protocol

Hi,
Does anyone know which protocol the below hex would be. I have tried identifying it by using common protocol patterns but don't have any luck.

Thanks for the quick reply Sajida, but it is definitely not a Teltonika device so cannot be FMB920

It's not a common binary protocol, so I don't think it's possible to identify without the protocol documentation.

Thanks Anton, ill see if I can get more info from the supplier. At this stage the only info I have is what is on the devices, VIM-GPS22-4G with a 10 digit ID number.
