GT06e - Error:Unsupported Format
OK, got it to work on the demo server, but not on my local server.
iphone app works fine on the local server.
Are you sure you are using external IP address? iPhone app might be working fine because it's on the same network.
After a fair bit of trial and error, I have the device responding on other systems.
I changed SIMs and it started working. It may have been a coverage issue.
I can track the device on the Orange GPS system and I have now connected it to the Demo Server 1 using port 5023 but I am not seeing any results.
Can you tell me if there is any information being logged?

Yes, I can see your device on the server. Everything seems to be working fine.
I sent the following text
"Server#1,MY-Server,5023,gt06"
Where "MY-Server"= my actual domain name. This domain works fine with the iphone demo tracker
Response was "Error:Unsupported Format"

This seems to be the method to use:
SERVER,mode,domainName/IP,port,protocol
All other commands in the list seem to work fine. I also tried different ports.
Can anyone assist me with what I did wrong?
