Airplane contest tracking

Hi,

We are arranging the national championships and precision flying in Norway next year, and were looking to provide some of his real-time tracking of the contestant aircraft. I built myself a platform that takes traccar data and displays it on top of the contest track with real-time points calculation. However, this is quite useless unless we have good tracking of the aircraft. we need around 20 trackers to cover all aircraft and there are the same time, which means they cannot be too expensive. They have to be self-contained (i.e. including battery), with a battery capacity is sufficient to run because with frequent position updates (at least every 10 seconds) for at least four hours. For backup purposes we also require the device to store the truck internally so that we can retrieve it after the flight in case the live tracking failed. This track has to be in a common file format such as GPX. Finally, we need to go for something that is LTE/4g to be future proof in Norway.

I would appreciate it if you guys could provide me with some options. I've spent several hours searching around and come up with the options below, but none of them are a surefire fix to my problems.

I have looked at the following trackers:
TK105SD: This seems to only store data off line if there is no online connection and the data format seems proprietary. (similar to this, but with ST card: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000945623762.html?spm=2114.12010612.8148356.43.7e183748zPrzCl)

MT825: I'm not sure if this support off-line tracking. https://iot-shops.com/product/cat-m1-nb-iot-gps-tracker-mt825/?fbclid=IwAR0nNzvrTzCtl0oSgWKgSO-ql7DGFuJcFJbNbZvu4s3DS6XaEO1Z_Mzqnhg

LTECATTM1: The are a bit sparse, so I am not sure if this is an option. https://kingwoiot.en.alibaba.com/product/62037408471-807936004/LTE_CATTM1_vehicle_gps_tracker_with_traccar_protocol.html

Anyone? As I mentioned in another thread I have now had a chance to test a 4G tracker from Ningmore: https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/4G-GPS-Tracker-TK10C-Super-Magnetische_1600112099013.html

It appears to have a 10,000 mAh battery, and it seems capable of transmitting position reports every second. However, I get duplicates of every report, so the GPS update rate is every two seconds. Setting the reporting rate to 2 seconds I get unique position reports. So far the GPS coverage seems a bit wonky, but I have only tested on my windowsill. It seems to support buffering position reports when there is no cell coverage, but I have not been able to verify this yet.

I have still not found a candidate that provides position reports every second, together with off-line storage of the track in a format that can be downloaded from the device after-the-fact. Does anyone have any experience to share with GPS trackers that support this? In order to be future proof I also require it to support 4G.

Thanks.
