I could guess that tracking service is down as ports are closed.
You have 50 devices on one of Traccar’s demo servers. I’m sorry but that’s taking advantage to say the least. I’m not surprised your having problems
I think nowhere does it say that there is a equipment limit for the demo server, I apologize if that limit exists, I would just like to know how to solve this and if it is necessary to pay, I will have to.
Maybe it's a problem with my phone company or some closed port, I just want to know where the problem is.
I would say with 50+ devices you should pay. I am sure Anton did not mean to offer free service for a commercial use. And there is no guarantee that it should be up all the time

@cClaudio. Do try contabo, its quite cheap to host. 3.99 euro pm. I have traccar installed there for 1yr..49 devices...no issues.
