I'm trying to use Arnavi Lite trackers. Arnavi protocol is supported by Traccar according device list, but tracker is stable "offline". Device connected to server via 5100 port, sending data, but there is no any interpretation. Can you take a look on the log? http://traccar.kz/tracker-server.log (62AC2DE0: 5100 < 212.96.69.14)
