Battery level doesn't always received.

I know that battery level data depends on the device's protocol. But after inspecting the location sent by my device, I noticed that some location data does not contain battery level data. What is the criteria whether the device would send battery data and whether not?

You should probably ask device vendor. It depends on the device.
