I am trying to set up a new device, and am getting the messages sent to the server, but I can't find a match to identify the correct protocol. The hex messages decode to this:

Is this supported? If so, which port should I use?
It seems that this is tk103 protocol and works OK on port 5002.
For some reason it was not recognised by Traccar initially, even that was the first port I had tried it with.
Perhaps the data with no GPS fix was not being accepted.
