In the traccar manager app I am using an IP address
Sorry I am using an ip address in the client app
I can not access the manager app to see what URL I am using as any time I input my password it says wrong password/email address
You have to clear the data for the app from the app manager.

You go into app manager in the Android settings, find Traccar Manager there, and click "clear data" button.

I cant login to the Traccar manager app via the android app
I can login into traccar via pc using http://localhost:8082/
Iv even deleted the app and reinstalled it thinking I may not have the latest version but this is not the case. I can confirm that it is an official version I am using?
Any thought?
