cheap watch which will work with Traccar?

I am looking for a cheap alternative to a pure GPS tracker, thought there for example a cheap watch incl. SIM card. This watch should of course work with Traccar. Is there a recommendation?

There are plenty of watch models with GPS tracking. Most of them should be compatible with Traccar. Make sure to check with the vendor before buying.
