China Machine Port issue

I brough a meitrack traccar P88L
They use the port 10003 as the port, i can connect it into demo server a month ago.But not i can't get it connected to the demo server again, and also for my own aws cloud, i can't open port 10003 for that, is there any way to solve this?

There's no such port in traccar. Please read the documentation.

Yes, i saw that, but i can't fix the issue, may be i can pay for offical support?

As i check and try all port in the china clone post, thats why i may need some help
