Close_Wait Increasing

I tried to close the close_wait with

ss --tcp state CLOSE-WAIT --killss --tcp state CLOSE-WAIT --kill

but seems like it creates other issues in traccar. Can you guide how to hanlde this

my version is 6.8.1
