The port is 5001, but you need to be sure the the apn is correct because, I see that GPRS is OFF, or send GPRS123456

I'm sure you've already read the documentation and followed all the troubleshooting steps, but I just want to double check your logs in case you missed anything.

Try the GPRS123456 command
and check if the GPRS: OFF changes to ON
I have seen that problem before, and the device don't detect the internet mobil, that could be a wrong APN or the simcard has not pay.
hi, has anyone managed to run the coban tk311c on the traccar platform? I tried to see hex, several ports and it didn't work.
