Commands in queue after update 3.15. But Online device.

The device is online, but the server can't send command....
I solved the problem by setting the suntech timeout protocol for 5 minutes

Actually, the suntech timeout protocol is 1 minute. You think it's not good ?
It depends on the form you use ... I think 5 minutes is a good value. And solved the problem of the commands in a row. If you use the standard 10 minutes, the command is queued in version 3.15 onwards.

Did you ever solve this? i am having same problem. I see both devices have dynamic ip but the apn gives them same ip. They work for 5 min and then even though position messages received, commands get queued. GL200 devices.
I know, but the device is not offline and your web interface show it "Online"
