concox gv20 always online

Good morning, does anyone work with the gps concox gv20? I'm using one but it's constantly online, it goes offline for 1 second and comes back online again. This generates an excessive data consumption. Someone will have a solution to this problem? any contribution is welcome.

Looks like you have a timeout configured on the server. Have you tried disabling it?

Kind of. It's a connection inactivity timeout. So, why are you asking the original question if you configured it yourself to close connection after 100 seconds of inactivity?

because i have the gps configured to report with ignition every 30 seconds and not report anything without ignition, but it happens that it goes offline for a couple of seconds and returns to the online status, and while the vehicle is stopped it stays in that loop.

But you configured that timeout yourself. Remove the timeout and see if it helps.
