Date Discrepancy
Usually it's misconfiguration on the device or server side.
The device is ok, how do I configure the server or where do I look up the code to fix. The fixtime is registering the UTC time, the others are local time.
If the device is configured correctly, it should report UTC time to the server. Not always the case, but for most protocols it is.
If the device is reporting in UTC, the server should also be in UTC?
Don't mess with server timezone. It's completely irrelevant and if you change it, you'll likely only break things.
