Device offline Alarm after 10 minutes

Is it possible program an computed attribute to set alarm after "n" minutes last update, I´d like message when my device is offline after 10 minute per example...

I am also interested in the ability to trigger an alarm after the tracker has not logged in after say 1 day. Was anyone able to get this working?
