Device offline

Hi

I have server 3.15 installed on linux, all ports are open and redirect. I have tk 102. The log file show this:

5001 < 213.226.59.***] HEX: 283038373037343131323939304252303031383031303556343230302e393937304e30323435332e32333533453030302e363131303633333030302e30302c30303030303$

But the web console shows always offline.

Please help.

It's offline because you are using wrong port. You have to use port 5002; device id is 087074112990.

Where to change port, on the device or on the server

On the device. Server doesn't require any configuration.
