I am trying yo configure tk102 device with identifier 355488020998258 on demo3 server.
I am using port number 5013 but the device is offline. I tried all the help from answers given by you in forum previously but nothing seems working. Can you please help me in identifying correct port for the device by looking at the logs of demo3.
