Eelink device doesn’t show location
Maybe it just doesn't have a GPS fix?
What does it mean? It’s not only one device
They are 5, and not at the same country.
What is the probability to have the same problem with all these constraints?
In your original post you're talking about a single device.

And even if it was only one device, I want to know the cause, because it’s being 1 day now without getting any location data.
If you want to know why dont you check the server log what the devices actually are sending to the server??

I checked on the device manufacturer, and today I checked on traccar
In the logs I don’t see any position and I configured the device to send position once every hour, but since yesterday I don’t get any new position, that’s why I’m here for help
Dont you think anyone will help you when you assume that others should know what you have already checked and tested without even mentioning it?
The devices suddenly don’t show their position but show the temperature.
For example, since yesterday, the car is moving, but the location is not updated, it shows fixTime(yesterday), but still shows temperature of 1 min ago.
