I'm new to this platform and I wanted to setup email notifications but I can't get it to work. The server is on a platform owned by someone else so I don't have access to logs.
I used this documentation but to no avail. I tried TLS and result is the same.

Password is correct (with no special characters only numbers and letters). Same settings do work on 3rd party email software.
