Engine Stop Command not working on gt06 and teltonika

I am trying to send Engine stop command on both devices but unable to do so, need help if any change is required on server side.

Does this device unlock car doors?

No, I have not checked this, just trying to stop engine which is working fine through SMS but not traccar app.
