Eview 07 personal tracker - assistance required with Traccar setup
What are the results of troubleshooting?
I've tried programing via sms. These are the commands sent:
IP1,45.55.84.20,6060 (this port was given by the manafacturer)
IP1,45.55.84.20,5062 (this port is listed on traccar)
IP1,https://server.traccar.org/,5062
IP1,https://server.traccar.org/,6060
Do I need to prgram APN settings to get this to work correctly?
You need APN for your device to have internet connection, so yes.
I have checked with the sim provider and confirmed that the apn settings (APN, username and password) are correct.
This is a status report from the device.

APN: data.uk
Username: user
Password: one2one
IP: 1,45.55.84.20
Port: 5062
Move report time: 10 minutes
No move report time: 1 hour
HB: on, 10 minutes
poweron: 1
poweroff: 0
Do these settings look correct?
If it's related to a subscription just send us an email with all the details (e.g. device id, expected location etc) and we'll check the server logs for you.
I have tried various combinations to get the Eview 07 tracker to update its location to Traccar. To date all have failed. Has anyone had any luck?
